Payment Policy
Accepted Methods of Payment:
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets available at checkout.
Payment Timing:
Payment in full is required at the time of order placement. Orders will not be processed until payment authorization is confirmed.
Currency:
All prices are listed and processed in U.S dollars. Customers whose financial institutions operate in other currencies may incur conversion charges or international transaction fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment Processing Disclaimer:
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers, including but not limited to Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not assume responsibility for:
• Declined or failed transactions
• Delays or errors in processing by third-party providers
• Additional fees, service charges, or penalties imposed by financial institutions
Any issues relating to payment, including unauthorized charges or disputes, must be resolved directly between the customer and the relevant financial institution.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary by financial institution and can take up to ten (10) business days.

Warranty Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and provide limited warranty coverage as follows:
Warranty Coverage
• 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Customers may return products within 30 days under the conditions outlined above
• 1-Year Limited Warranty: Wooden furniture under the ACACIA and Rorns brands: defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Warranty Conditions
• The product must have been purchased new from an authorized Midifur retailer.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
• Photographs of the defective component(s) are recommended.
• The warranty is void if the product has been altered, misused, or improperly assembled.
Warranty Process
If a product defect is suspected, customers must contact our Customer Service Team for return authorization. Upon inspection, if the defect is confirmed, a replacement will be provided at no cost to the customer.

Return & Refunds Policy
At Midifur, we’re committed to delivering high-quality furniture you can trust. To give you peace of mind and a better shopping experience, we offer the following return and exchange policy:
I. 30 Days Return Policy

Return time Customers may return products within (30) days from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- Return Conditions "Products must be returned in like-new condition, free from scratches, stains, damage, or modifications.
- A proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) is required.
- Clearance, Final Sale, and Display items are not eligible for return.
Returns are only supported under the following circumstances:
Case 1: Defective Products
- Midifur will issue a direct refund instead of a replacement. Customers are not required to return the defective product. Additionally, we will add 3% of the order value to the refund amount to help cover handling and disposal costs.
- Example: For an order valued at $100, the customer will receive $103

Note: Refund calculations will exclude shipping fees and apply only to the actual product value. Example: If the customer paid $150 in total, including $25 shipping, the refundable product value will be $125.
Case 2: Incorrect Item Delivered
- Customers must return the incorrect product to Midifur and will receive the correct item as per the order. In addition, they will be granted a voucher for 10% off their next purchase, valid for 30 days
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY & RETURNS
- Products that have been altered or modified by the customer.
- Return requests made beyond 30 days without specific approval.
- Products returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition.
- Packages returned due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or unauthorized refusal of delivery.
- Products damaged by force majeure events, including fire, natural disasters, or floods.
Return Procedure:

Customers must contact Midifur Customer Service to initiate a return request.
- Photos of the product and packaging (if available) must be provided to verify eligibility.
- Products must be returned to the warehouse address provided by Midifur.
Refund:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, Midifur will process the refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer
Non-Refundable Costs:
- Original shipping fees
- Add-on services (e.g., vouchers, White Glove service, etc.)
II. Order Change / Cancellation
Before Processing
- Customers wishing to modify or cancel an order must contact Midifur before the order is processed/packed/dispatched
After Processing

Once an order is processed and shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted
Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance / Final Sale
- Display / As-Is items
- Customized / Customizable items
III. Prices, Payment & Promotions
Prices & Taxes:
- All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes (VAT / Sales tax).
- Customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes based on their shipping address.
Payment:
- We accept common payment methods (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
- Full payment is required at the time of order
Discounts, Promotions & Vouchers:

Discounts and vouchers are applied per order, with clear conditions (expiry date, applicable items, usage limits).
- If an order is partially returned, the discount value will be prorated before issuing refunds.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and single-use (unless otherwise specified).
IV. General Terms & Additional Conditions
- Adjustments: Midifur reserves the right to adjust prices, terms, and product descriptions in case of display errors or supplier changes.
- Product Characteristics Products: Made from natural materials or handmade items may have slight variations in color, size, or finish. These are not considered defects.
- Exceptions: Midifur is not responsible for delays caused by external carriers, customs, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery dates are for reference only and are not guaranteed.
